- Monday - Saturday: 07:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (during the Main season until 4:30 p.m.)
- Sunday: 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. (procedures intended only for short-term vacations, i.e. Weekend etc.)
- state holidays: operation as on Saturday - Mineral waters within the drinking treatment are provided in the Colonnade in time intervals (morning - midday - evening).

- Spa reserves the right to change of accommodation - if the Spa is not able to provide accommodation upon arrival, as has been confirmed to the client, Spa shall provide suitable alternative accommodation of the same or better standard.
